  • Wood is activated with a supercritical CO2 process

  • Activated wood is then toasted to desired level

  • Clear spirit distillate and activated wood are added to processing vessel

  • CO2 is added and the supercritical cycle starts

  • Cycle ends, aged spirit and wood are discharged into a glass bottle

  • Aged spirit is rested for desired color, aroma, and taste profiles

  • Rest ends, aged spirit is filtered and ready to release
